A map zoom animation gives viewers location context before the story starts. Begin from a wide globe view, move toward the destination, and finish on the exact map frame you want to use.
Search a destination by place name, then drag the marker or click the map to adjust the pin.
Set the camera move with separate start and end views, distance, tilt, rotation, and motion blur.
Choose the map style with map style, lighting, marker visibility, marker type, and marker size.

What can I choose as the destination?
You can search for a place name, city, hotel, venue, trailhead, attraction, or address, then adjust the pin on the map. Location search accepts queries up to 120 characters.
Which camera and marker controls are available?
You can set start distance from 0 to 8, final distance from 1 to 16, final tilt from 0 to 85 degrees, rotation from -180 to 180 degrees, and choose a pin or hiker marker with 60% to 180% marker size.
How long can the zoom-in animation be?
The zoom-in flight can last 4 to 30 seconds. Add up to 15 seconds of End hold or Keep rotating, for a total video length of up to 45 seconds.
Which MP4 formats and quality tiers are available?
DDD Maps exports landscape 16:9, vertical 9:16, and portrait post 4:5 MP4 videos. Standard uses 960x540, 720x1280, or 864x1080 at 24 fps. Full HD (Pro) uses 1920x1080, 1080x1920, or 1080x1350 at 24 fps. 4K (Pro) uses 3840x2160, 2160x3840, or 2160x2700 at 24 fps.
